When will I receive my order?
Orders from Zevacci typically ship within 5-12 business days. This delay is because each product from us is purely handmade upon order to deliver the highest quality possible, at the best price. Once shipped, track your order with the provided number, and contact our support if need of any assistance.
How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
At Zevacci, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
How to Return

Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, including any potential customs fees. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and sent with a traceable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a week.
Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?
We do our best to start working on orders right away so you receive them as quickly as possible. Once production has begun, we’re unable to cancel the order. However, if you reach out before we’ve started production, we’ll gladly take care of the cancellation for you.
